I doubt he'll mind ....
« on: April 30, 2012, 09:49:13 PM »
that I swiped this off Facebook and posted it here

This man has walked the walk in so many ways. Until my end days I doubt few other pictures will embody the bond between men and machines as well as this picture does. Kudos to Vince on the new toy.

*note the trophies*

These people have taught me more about riding than any day spent on a track: Larry B, Tony K, Vince J, Mr. Wonderful, V2Neal, Marty F, Kevin B, Devon W, Ehrich, Mike A, John L, Arnell, Kirk, Ray C

Track days are like climbing the rock wall at REI.
Perhaps I need to stop taking the high road.

Nice Greg.  Congratulations my friend Vince!  You have been a good friend & mentor to many of us here.  I'm glad God put you in my path.  :)
Those who have actually NEVER tried riding the track could learn a thing or 10 about being a better streetrider; because let's be honest; none of us (Greg) are as great as we think we are. LMAO!

They should of told Hitler that there are 3 power levels. If he puts it on power level 2 they will be even and he will kick their ass in power #1. If I need any more I'll just give it to Lloyd he knows how to do magic.

I guess the EPA made them reduce that engine by something like 20hp, so I think it probably fits into the group of bikes I've heard rumors that swapping ECU's can yield big increases.  Not that I'd need it with 197hp...

The sled is a 2-stroke twin 1000cc and 175hp. I wonder which machine would win in a drag race.

Very nice Vince...congrats!!  Can't wait to see it in person.

As for the drag race...conditions ideal for each, I'd bet it would be close.

Toughest part would be keeping the ski's/front tire on the ground!!  LOL
