They said he may only miss 4 races and that Edward maybe the rider.

Spies is out because of the rookie rule.  My bet's on Edwards with a test rider coming in to fill back Tech3.  Who knows though.  Sucks for Rossi but Hayden has a chance at a podium or two now if he can get the bike sorted out a bit more.
