JAY COOKE
« on: October 08, 2017, 01:24:19 PM »
Just went through Jay Cooke today and so did half the state of Mn. The lower half is great, they left everything the way it was, no curves were changed. Nice and smooth, there will be some crashes, there's nothing to slow you down. The upper part is still a little rough.

I went thru yesterday too. I know what you mean about half the state being there. LOL

I thought everything was in great shape and will be a lot of fun to hit during a weekday when there's no traffic. We continued on up the North Shore and hit Highway 1 up to Ely.

That road has a couple good stretches but was in pretty rough shape otherwise. Hopefully the construction zones they have set up will be them repaving the road so it will be good for next season.
