Mountain bike clip
« on: December 19, 2011, 07:45:46 PM »
A cycling buddy posted this on Facebook. I'm glad I'm now too old to dare try this .... though it makes for some sweaty palms just watching it!  :P

(get past the first 30 seconds ... it gets better)

These people have taught me more about riding than any day spent on a track: Larry B, Tony K, Vince J, Mr. Wonderful, V2Neal, Marty F, Kevin B, Devon W, Ehrich, Mike A, John L, Arnell, Kirk, Ray C

Track days are like climbing the rock wall at REI.
Perhaps I need to stop taking the high road.

I could see that being a huge rush.  Especially some of the DH stuff.

My KTM would have gone up or down that like nothing.  And I would even put a toe down.

Nice find Greg! I've ridden the Portal trail in Moab (famous for it's extreme exposure on the first half mile descent), but that video absolutely blows it away for sustained exposure. And with a rock wall in the inside of the trail to boot!  :o
It's not what you ride, but how you ride it that counts!

Wow that looks nuts.  I hate heights, my stomach was turning just watching.
