Hi all,
Did anyone see the movie Rush? What did you think?

I liked it. Great insight into a couple of personalities I didn't know anything about. It still got a teeny-bit Days-of-Thunder-y in some parts for me, but I guess the better endorsement would be from my wife, who enjoyed it, and she doesn't like racing.

I thought it was decent but not as good as my 3 favorite car racing movies.  I didn't like the computer graphics. It looked almost like animation. Fakey. Why can't they get better resolution? Also, there wasn't enough track footage. There was too much none racing dialogue.

My 3 favorites are Gran Prix, Le Mans, and Senna. Everything else falls short.

Senna is a great documentary. Watched it a couple of times.
For a big Hollywood movie, I thought was a Rush was very good.

For a modern Hollywood movie Rush is very good.  It is a lot better than 98% of the movies out there now.

Agreed. It is better than 98% of the boring crap Hollywood produces these days.

I have not seen Rush, but a couple of car buddies have and liked it.  They also noted their female companions did as well.
