Title: Hwy 16

Hwy 16 between Lanesboro and Rushford is now open.  It was completely rebuilt so hopefully it will be very smooth and better banked in the tight corners.

Thanks.  Watch for patrol, they will probably be keeping an eye on it for awhile.
