Bike Help / Tire Change

Hi All,
J Minnesota from MN-Sportbike here. ('95 VFR with silver flames)
A co-worker needs a tire swap, he has the tires but no tools or ability to make the change.
As I recall, at least one person on the list offered his tire changing services for a nominal fee. But, of course, I deleted the contact information.
Kind of funny, I have an old suspension article link from Karl.
