Title: Titanium exhaust tubing, can it be expanded?

Hey all,
Was just wondering if anyone knows if titanium tubing(muffler inlet) can be expanded like normal exhaust pipe tubing if usin the same type of tooling/machine at the local exhaust shop?  I have a 65mm inlet on a canter that I would llke to expand 10mm to 75mm.  Anyone know if this is possible?

Titanium is relatively inelastic.  I expect it would tear long before this much expansion.
