Very sad to read this. Especially since they are now enjoying success on the track.

Bummer for the loss of Bimmer in WSBK. In the linked article they state they want to "focus on road bikes...", makes me wonder about the fate of the S1000RR? Awesome bike, definitely on my hope-I-can-afford-one-someday list.
