I know we have the intro's section but I've noticed screen names changing and new names without intro's etc.. Any of the regulars wanna share names and what ya ride to put a name to the name and to the ride? I've been around since the old yahoo sport bikes days which this spun off from..15yrs ago..+ or - a couple?? Anyone with a less then obvious screen name care to share the meaning behind the name too? Point being i'm losing track of people and who they are on line vs in person, i'm sure a few others might as well.

Jvs are my initials. I ride an orange sv1000. I like Anoka and st Francis backroads and SE mn if I can get away for the day.
Compared to many folk on here Im new when it comes to riding and experience

I'm old! I ride a Futura I think. How do I add that on my profile? Its all too confusing-I need to get in the woods on my skis to clear my noodle. C'mon SNOW!!GJ :o

My screen name is pretty obvious, I'm in the Army and I ride. I choose it in 2008 when I had just joined the military AND started riding so it was a combination of the 2 new important things in my life at a time when most of it had turned to shit.
I ride a 2011 Honda CBR 250R which I LOVE! In 3 months I put on just over 5500 miles on the street and then I took it down to AL for my first 2 track days with it.
I live in Eagan and I work nights so during riding season I can ride all day ;D

My name is Paul. Pipes is a nickname I got at work and it just stuck. Even some of our service people call me pipes. I ride a V-Strom 1000 right now but just got rid of a 2003 dr650 and a 1987 GSXR1100. Have one son and working on the wife to have another.

My name's Brent. I'm 51, and I live in southwestern Minnesota, near St. James and Jackson. I joined the Yahoo group MN-Sportbikes within a day or two of its founding. I learned tons about sportbikes there, and I learned about a lot of cool Wisconsin roads from group rides. I used to do a lot of group rides, but I became an MSF RiderCoach in 2002 and opened an MSF school in 2008, so I spend a lot of weekends in parking lots with new riders. I also coach with Zalusky Advanced Riding School at DCTC and BIR.
I've been riding a BMW F650 that was my wife's bike before she got her FZ6. I have a 2000 R6 that I ride mostly at DCTC and BIR and other tracks. I haven't been riding it on the street at all for the last year or two, but it has about 75,000 miles on it. I've put all but the first 4000 miles on it.
I bought a KLX250S in July and rode it in the Black Hills and northern Minnesota. I hope to do more of that next year. Nemadji and Paul Bunyan Forest both have lots of single-track trail.
