This is actually an advertisement for the Nikon D800 camera. Pretty impressive for a $3,000 camera.

I was at a Canon seminar recently and they said the movie Act of Valor was shot almost entirely on the Canon 5D MkII digital SLR. They said more film makers are using DSLR's because of the HD video capability and the ability to control exposure better, as well as the variety of lenses that are available and the ability to control depth of field. Much easier than alot of expensive professional video cameras.
