So I raved about Leo's South last time (and I am still really happy with them).

Tonight A & I stopped at Midwest to look at gel seats (the new seat is not very comfortable). We walked in, two guys behind the counter didn't have the time to turn around and help us, a third guy walked behind the counter, and when I asked for gel seats, gave a brusque pointing motion to the two they had in stock, didn't make an effort to help us. It reminded us that every time we go in there we get the same treatment.

So no more. I guess that means Bob's if we absolutely have to have it now (bigger selection too, better hours) or mail order.

Misaligned rear wheel. The chain had the proper sag, but the adjustment wasn't even.

Does anyone do custom seats locally? Not just a recover, I'd like the pillion raised by a half inch or inch, and both pillion and rider seats contoured for comfort.

Bike Help / Bike pulling

The new bike is pulling slightly to the left (tested by riding with no hands to make sure it wasn't my overly muscled right arm).

It seems to pull more when Ann is with me, more weight on the rear wheel.

What causes this? Is the rear wheel perhaps misaligned?

I'd take it back to Leo's, but I hate to do that if it is something easy.

For Sale/Wanted to Buy / HJC IS-MAX flip face helmet w/ built-in sun visor, Large

This is an almost brand-new helmet, used 3 times as of today. It is fine, except that it is doesn't work well for a passenger riding close to the rider - it's got too much in front (from the flip  face I imagine).

It is black. The flip face is really nice, and the built in sun visor is cool - no more stopping to change faceshields.

I have the box, manual, bag etc. Asking $190.

It's a BMW F650GS. Fits Ann & I better than the tiger, far better than anything else we've tried. No pics yet, sorry.

The extended warranty is from BMW, so I suspect it is more clearly worded. I might change my mind, I've got 3 years to do it.

Just bought a new bike at Leo's South, and was very happy with the experience. They negotiated on the price, were very helpful, let me take a demo ride, and were low pressure on the inevitable additional warranty sale.

I'd recommend them.
