Bump $6000 firm. If I can't get $6000 for it looks like I'm keeping it.

For Sale is my 2008 Aprilia Tuono 1000R. Bike has 6500 miles on it and is in Excellent condition. Has aftermarket carbon fiber exhaust, geared down to a 15t front sprocket and comes with the extra seat for 2 people and a bike stand. I'm a member on the Aprilia forum and everything that people had minor issues with I fixed before it could even happen. Bike still has a full warranty on it until January 2014. I really love this bike, but I want to get back into a Evolution IX and some toys have to go to make that happen. NADA says $7,180 is the low trade in and average is $9,453.. I'm asking $8000 obo. Cant go wrong with this bike still has a factory warranty and makes good power. They put down between 120 and 125 on the dyno. I guess you could compare it to a 750 gsxr being I see them make around 118. Bikes is a Vtwin so lots of TQ!! Any questions let me know!
Thanks Trevor 8

General Banter / Anyone's wife or girlfriend ride?« on: February 03, 2012, 11:52:24 PM »
Curious if anyone's girlfriend or wife rides motorcycle? My fiancé bought a bike as well And I know she'd like to meet some gals that ride as well. Is there any couples rides or anything like that? She's new to bikes but is learning. She bought a fz6r and that's her first bike. Probably a little to big for a first bike, but she's doing alright so far for her first time.

Just be careful to take it easy until you build up your skill level, especially with that pretty new bike! For sure! I'm really excited to go out on some rides with you guys. 15

Either way torque does rule. Yes sir I did 600hp in that thing! I did love when the gsxr started to pull tho up top! Just wasn't the type of bike for me.
