The officers should not pursue fleeing
motorcyclists if the offense is only a
motorvehicle violation. Don't endanger
the general public by pursuing a
bike that was only speeding. Now
if the motorcyclist is suspected of
a bank robbery or homicide then
pursue.

They do need to crack down on
intoxicated motorcyclists.

I'm not offended by loud pipes. I always
wear earplugs and I ride a BMW and BMW
owners seldom change the stock exhaust
system.

I'm not voting on this based on this one pic. We can't see what is ahead of the rider. I give him the benefit of the doubt that he is using good judgement.

This discussion strikes me as nitpicking.

Alright another Beemer rider! Where are you from?
There's some great roads in in Western Wi. and southern Mn. They tend to freak new the the area folks and rookie riders as there can be a frustratingly large amount of gravel, debris and sand waiting in a lot of corner apexes

I'm from the Chicago area.  Boring straight roads, massive potholes and manhole covers that extend 3 inches above the pavement make for poor riding.  Before that
I was living in a northern suburb of Atlanta. I had easy access to smooth, clean twisty roads. I hope to do some exploring along the Mississippi Valley this season.

I joined MNSPORTBIKE about a month ago. Since it appears to be on the way out I have joined here. I ride a BMW 1100S, mostly on solo rides. I'm new
to the area so I look forward to checking out routes members post here. Cheers.
