Empire Cycle

I don’t normally do this, but I would like to recommend Empire Cycle in Loretto MN  for an outstanding service. Up till yesterday, I used them for tire mounting and balancing and buying consumables like oil and filters. The prices were very reasonable.  Yesterday I bought a new rear Adventure tire from them for a price as good as I could find on line. Both Erick and Adam are very knowledgeable and it’s nice to be able to talk to someone who knows bike mechanics. When I got stuck changing fork oil they gave me a few tips that were a big help. Personally I do most of the maintenance on all my bikes myself. I leave valves and rear shock rebuilding for the pros. I am happy there is a local shop, close to home, that can help with such work.

Yep they got real good prices for mounting and balancing tires. I've ridden over there with tires wrapped around me like the Michelin man atleast a handful of times.

I dropped a friends bike off there Wednesday. Seemed like real good guys and Erik was very welcoming!
