Where do you dual sport?

I've been leading DS rides for a couple of years in the North metro... and I've been wondering; where are the best DIRT roads in metro area?
Carlos Avery does offer some good dirty fun, but I'd like to know where others may have found some good spots to exercise the suspension of a good dirt bike.

Goodhue county has a number of Minimum Maintenance roads which can be strung together with some other gravel roads to make a fun loop.
Central ADV Rally in northeast Wisconsin has a lot to offer.

And you have a nice deep valley isolated place to eat lunch at Welch (forgot the name of the place.)

Those are good spots for sure.
I am looking for more in the "7 county" metro area.
It seems as though Maple Grove MAY have some fun spots, but I am just not familiar with that area.

5 miles west of Plymouth every other named road is unpaved.
Same deal for SW of Eden Praire.
There are a few Minimum maintenance roads off of Rt 6 along the Minnesota river. They can be very challenging come spring when muddy.

Now that sounds promising.
Thanks, Allon.
