Still a bit nippy, but it's time for a ride at the Holters. We're gonna go take a peak at Carlos and see if it's frozen or a mudfest.

Could be worse.  Rob said it snowed down in Waterloo last night. 

I had planned on a ride but was limited to Saturday only.  Got up, checked the temp, 25 degrees......made some coffee, got on the internet and that's all she wrote.

I was expecting snow/rain today but I'm not missing it!!  Still have ice in the shady spots in my back yard. I did commute 3 times last week. Nights so it was a chilly ride home each morning

Well, Carlos was all gated off.  No access...so that sucks!   
Short street ride with a little section of gravel thrown in.
Pretty chilly out there.  Why does 40 feel warm in the winter and cold in the spring?

I'm likely headed out with some people on Sunday.  The meet spot is the Starbucks in Woodbury in Tamarack Villeage past the Wendy's at 1pm.  Looking like we'll be hitting up mainly Washington County roads but the route is going to be adhoc for the most part.  If anyone is interested give me a call/text at 612-910-3339.

A friend and I did a couple hundred miles north and east of the Cities this afternoon. The Kanetsu vest did a pretty good job for the first couple of hours, then my arms and legs began to freeze up. 40 felt a whole lot warmer working in the backyard than it did on the bike.

Well yeah, but I'm on a big ugly enduro. Nicknamed the Apocolypse Cow, among other things.

It's a week later and I finally got around to putting tires on the ZRX yesterday.  WSBK race is on today.  Maybe next week
