Issue while trying to post a new thread in Introduction

So after i was finished with my intro i hit the POST button and it gives an error also trying to preview it, it did the same. it did however work when i hit alt+s  so maybe someone should look into that.

The system is a bit iffy today as my update for Monday's ride don't show up on my 'putor but they do in post summery??
