This is an anonymous poll- there will be no discussion in this thread. Just like the rest of the real world, if you sit on the sidelines and don't speak up (vote), you have zero right to piss and moan later of the results.

This does not guarantee any new action, but I am sure management would / should be interested in what the voters think.

No votes will appear until the poll date is expired. So you will have complete anonymity.
